Calcium-Rich Recipe: Kale Chips
Kale Chips (even kids will love!)
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch flat-leaf kale
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Cut kale into inch squares, toss with olive oil and salt. Place, single layer, on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake in 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
